Buying from Nord Auto

Browse our company inventory, tell us your destination, and request a written vehicle-specific quote.

1. Share your requirements

Send the stock reference or vehicle page, quantity, destination country and port, preferred year and mileage, and your budget with its currency. Our enquiry form prepares a message for WhatsApp or email; you still need to send it in that app.

2. Review the actual vehicle

Ask for current availability, VIN, registration information, detailed photos, a walkaround video and available condition records. The website is a starting point; confirm the exact vehicle and its equipment before agreeing an order. An independent inspection can be discussed.

3. Agree the quote and export arrangements

Nord Auto supplies vehicles from China. Export documentation, customs and shipment are to be arranged through an appropriately authorised export company, identified for your order. We do not present Nord Auto as a licensed exporter.

Your written quote should identify the vehicle, currency, named port, delivery basis, included fees, excluded charges, validity, payment milestones and estimated shipping schedule. Freight, insurance and destination charges depend on the agreed order and route.

4. Confirm the contracting parties before paying

Check the seller and exporter named on the contract, invoice and receiving bank account. Confirm payment instructions directly with your established contact before any transfer, especially if account details change. A website enquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a sale contract.

5. Confirm destination requirements and delivery

The buyer and destination broker should confirm import eligibility, registration requirements, taxes and local costs for the specific vehicle before shipment. Document release, transport, insurance and handover follow the signed order. Shipping dates are estimates until confirmed for the booking.
